Thank you for appreciating our terms and how we operate, it is all in an effort to create an amazing experience for all involved! 

Cancellations for this event must be made 90 days before event commences with a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be made after that time. We ask that you consider your choice wisely as there can be no exceptions on this policy.

Please be sure to book flights that guarantee that you are present for both the opening and closing ceremonies of ARQ. Opening Ceremony is 830pm on Day 1 & Closing Ceremony is 830pm on Day 7, although there will be a class the morning of departures on Day 8. We want to be sure that you receive every last drop of magic that has been created for you!

​For all international flights we strongly encourage you to arrive a day early. This extra day helps with jet lag and making sure travel delays do not cause disruption to your retreat. Our Travel Concierge will be glad to assist you in securing accommodation, should you decide to arrive early and/or depart later.  

You will be greeted by a driver who will collect all guests arriving close to your arrival time and take you directly to Lo Sereno Boutique Hotel via coach or car. The journey will take approximately 35mins. Your Personal Travel Concierge will coordinate your arrival and departures.

Check in is 3pm & Check out is 11am. We will be ready and waiting! 

No Visas are required when traveling to Zihuatanejo. You must, however, ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity upon returning to your final destination. You must also have your round trip ticket on hand. There are no additional travel fees.

Everything is already included in your retreat fee so don't worry. If you happen to find yourself away from Lo Sereno Boutique Hotel 10% is customary.

The weather at this time of the year is perfect! That’s why we are going! The days are nice and warm, great for outdoor activities or relaxing. The evenings are balmy and an incredible tropical experience to continue luxuriating in paradise.

There is definitely cell service. Be sure to check with your cell service provider the costs of traveling. We recommend putting your cell phone on airplane mode and using wi-fi to connect with friends of family via Viber or similar applications. 

There is none! Well there IS, but it is minimal. This is an opportunity to let your digital devices go to sleep, so you can wake up!

Everything will be provided for you on-site. Just bring a smile and be prepared to enjoy yourself!
